REFUNDS

All sales are final and no refund will be issued; apart from events qualified under our 30 Day Money Back Gaurantee.

RETURNS

We do not accept returns of the stands. If there is a verifiable malfunction in the “tap-target” (NFC chip) which you have been unable to resolve by reprogramming methods, we will ship you new NFC tags for the stands (programmed to the same destination URL of your original order) at no cost to you with instructions on how to replace the tags on your stands.

30 DAY MONEY BACK GUARANTEE

For 10 or more stands, our guarantee is that all custom printed stands will match the example you approved, or your money back. For instance, we’ll ship you a pre-production sample of your Brandstand at no charge. With your approval, we’ll produce the remaining order and ship them according to your instructions. If the final order you receive fails to match your approved sample proofs, we’ll give you your money back.
